If you are a first-time visitor, please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to allow enough time to register (no registration is required for course participation). After filling in the registration form, you will have a short talk with the instructor (only with Mysore program participants for now) to ensure effective cooperation. At this time, please be sure to indicate if you have any special condition (e.g. injury, illness, pregnancy).
What you'll need:
comfortable sportswear, shorts (so we can see your knees), short-sleeved shirt
a large towel (to cover the mat) and a small towel (for adjustments)
we can provide a mat, but feel free to bring your own
Other information:
do not eat for 3-4 hours before yoga class and do not drink for half an hour before
leave your shoes at the designated place near the entrance; bring slippers if you like
lock your valuables in the locker room; do not bring anything but towels into the studio
always inform your instructor before class if you have any injuries or health issues
please do not bring water or other liquids into the practice room
please refrain from talking in the studio and prepare quietly outside if a class is in progress
you can take a shower before and/or after class
allow at least half an hour or an hour after practicing before eating
