Noémi

I was born on November 11, 1991. My passion for movement began in 2010 during my final year of high school. I was drawn towards dance arts and theater. I extensively studied movement anatomy while obtaining a degree in Human Kinesiology at the University of Physical Education. As a freelance dancer, I was finding my path – spending six months in Prague, then a year and a half in Malta, where yoga became part of my life. My dance background gave me an advantage in executing poses, but I experienced the pure and true values through continuous practice. After moving back to Hungary, to expand my knowledge, I completed teacher training at Atma Center, where I was immediately given the opportunity to teach classes. With little experience but great enthusiasm, I tried various known yoga styles. I discovered the movement quality I experienced in dance within the flow style, encountered ashtanga, and then found Vinyasa Krama. Currently, this system is closest to my heart, fulfills me, and gives me strength in other areas of life as well. I believe that through regular and devoted practice without expectations, we can all find answers to why we are here.
