GANESHA is the lord of beginnings and obstacles, his power removes all barriers. The vinyasa krama sequence named after the elephant-headed God focuses on hip opening. We carry the impressions of past events in this area of our body, which can be gradually released through asanas and breathing over time. During the practice, balance exercises and easier arm supports also play an important role, with the aim of quieting the thoughts.

In the NAGARAJA (serpent king) vinyasa krama sequence, we create a safe foundation for deep backbends through the activation and development of the bandhas (muscle locks). Consequently, the practitioner’s spine becomes stronger and more flexible, achieving the suppleness akin to that of the great Serpent King.

The difficulty level of the class: intermediate.
The asanas in the HANUMAN (monkey-headed God) series help strengthen the leg muscles, open the hip area, and focus on strengthening the back muscles. Through persistent and regular practice, our body becomes more flexible and energetic, and with the help of breathing, we calm our mind. This is a lighter series that prepares for the Monday and Wednesday classes, so it's also recommended for beginners. Everyone can find a challenge in it, which can serve as a good foundation for further development.
